Could I get some information off someone about the de-commisioned war ships
that were scuttled off WA.

Where they are.

Best time to dive.

Anyone I can buddy up with to dive them.

I am an Advanced Diver with 100+ dives (info for any buddies that offer a
dive)

Thankyou

Ok we have 2 warships and multiple wrecks.

The former HMAS Swan is located about 2.5 Hr drive south of Perth in
Dunsbourgh. October is the start of the season down there. Best to dive with
Cape Dive as the project Manager for the ship works for them.

The Former HMAS Perth is in Albany which is 4 hours south of Perth. You can
dive the Perth pretty much all year round. Summer tends to be a bit dodgey
with the easterlies. I would also wear a semidry this time of year. Best to
dive from the Silver Star.

As for the various wrecks, check your local dive shop.

Michael MB (ps I worked on the Perth and dived it heaps)

Thankyou Michael,

Is there any websites on these wrecks?

I am from Melbourne and dive Drysuit, would that be too warm?

Whom do I contact about getting to the wrecks?

Do they dive them all year round?

Thankyou Michael.

I think I will go down to Albany, as soon as I find a dive partner to do the
trip with me.
