I understand from news reports that the funnels are at 6 metres the deck 18
metres and the bottom about 35.

Min requirements for safe clearance is 8 metres. Perth is the exception
because it is not in Naviable waters and has a Foul/special marker.
However the exposed part of her mast keeps breaking off. But as I said
earlier I will check with Geoff.
