Awesome. Even though the ship has not been in the water long, it is completely covered with some type of sea life. There are a lot of pelargics around the wreck as well. If you are wreck qualified, then the entry through the funnel is a must do and ride the structure down to the boiler room. There are some huge schools of fish inside the wreck.
When they sunk the vessel they sunk it in a major flow which comes off the southern barrier reef and as a consequence it just an excellent dive. Use Sundive to go out there - they are based in Mooloolaba. Great operation and the boat is very comfy for the surface interval.
